Incident log
Each check runs every 2 minutes via cron, with all three checks fired in
parallel. Primary timeouts are 60 seconds for the
api.leiadmin.com /v1/leistatus check and 50 seconds each for
the leiadmin.com homepage and the logged-in /lei-management
check. Any failure — network error, timeout, or unexpected response —
triggers exactly one automatic retry, with the retry's timeout capped at
40 seconds. A target is recorded as down only when both attempts fail, so
a single transient blip will not appear as an incident.
